Pros
API Healthcare's latest software is excellent and a pleasure to work with.
Cons
API is growing at a phenomenal rate. But management is unable, or unwilling, to pace themselves so the associates can do their work effectively. In the two years I was there, no less than five in my department came and went, unable to handle the workload. I could have done my work effectively, too, if I had more time. Associates are expected to work nights and weekends to keep up with an impossible workload.
