11yThank you for the input. We've developed departmental goals and work plans, and it looks like we need to do more to make sure those get shared with all employees. Recently we reinstituted our 360 meetings, where department managers get together to share the information you've mentioned here and to increase communication and collaboration between departments.

11yThank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're happy that you learned and gained a new hobby during your time here. While we do work hard to balance our number of employees with the realities of the marketplace, there did come a time when we made the difficult decision to reduce staffing levels to keep pace with the market. However, we've grown as a company year over year and continue to look for ways to make APMEX an employer of choice for the Oklahoma City market.
