Pros

coworkers and work hours were nice

Cons

1) the management team would always talk about how much they care about staff and doing their best to keep us but their actions never proved that. they would provide staff lunches (I think I had maybe one or two the entire time I was there) and thought that providing us a free lunch here and there was enough to keep us happy 2) only one (out of 5!!) of the admin team was nice and cared about my mental health and did her best to find me hours when my clients were sick 3) management is sneaky and untrustworthy

Pros

Amazing clientele and clinical staff (although at least one BT has quit every week for the past 4 weeks) There are tons of resources and support during session, and if you want to become a BCBA The clinic itself is very well structured to support clients - lots of space and a variety of session rooms they encourage staff to get SBT training (although they plaster it on every client possible for the clout)

Cons

After your first 2-3 months, you'll be counting down the days until your contract ends because: they put much more effort into recruitment than retention you're being underpaid and having your hours cut again, a lot of staff are leaving. it could just be the regular (high) turnover rate, but be prepared to have brand new coworkers weekly
