      Pros

      If you are looking for a small company with strong support, APPLE is a great place to be a BCBA. APPLE has wonderful resources and materials to use and learn from. There are monthly supervisor meetings for training and collaboration. The owner Dr Apple is very involved and approachable. Great place to work.

      Cons

      The cons at APPLE are typical of the ABA field in general. There is occassionally turnover with behavior techs, but some of that turnover is a result of techs moving into a supervisory position within the company.

      Pros

      It is a very supportive environment. The administrative staff is wonderful to work with. Very flexible work schedule. Training on new procedures occurs bi monthly. Training and supervision is also offered when you ask for it. Being able to work with a variety of ages and skill levels.

      Cons

      Some clients have after school hours (between 3 and 7), which can make for a late night.
