Pros

Free lunch, dinner and breakfast. The location of AQR's office is also convenient if you are commuting from the city.

Cons

Terrible culture, insecure managers(because most of the managers got their by accident, and not by meritocracy), horrible pay. No career prospects -- you get hired to code in python, and a few years later you will still code in python.
