Pros

Good compensation, free meals, and decent day-to-day work make the company an attractive place to work.

Cons

The work culture can be challenging, with limited support from local management for career growth and development. Much of the work involves maintaining legacy systems rather than building new products or features. Technical ownership within the India team is limited, as key architectural and design decisions are primarily driven by the US team, resulting in fewer opportunities to contribute to system design or influence technical direction.

Smart people, too slow to evolve

Pros

I met some of the smartest colleagues I've ever had here. The comradery we had working on complex projects was great. Work life balance is relatively good for the industry.

Cons

Pay is below market rate. And at least when I worked there, they were not investing enough in technology to the point where it was hurting their ability to adapt and move quickly. Top management is greedy and lives with their heads in the clouds.
