Pros
- The majority of coworkers are good people. - Senior members of production (both the supervisors, team leads, and people who have been there for a while) tend to give a damn about their jobs. Good people to work with. - Product helps people. - Compensation is adequate for the area
Cons
- Unnecessary amount of stress - Lack of coordination between departments and lack of process to adhere to by sales leads to excessive rework. - Emphasis from the top to "Do more, with less, faster" is going to tank any pride you could have taken in your work. - Business model seems to assume frequent unpaid OT by salary staff. - Multiple product lines are not documented well enough to work with. - RV plant that pretends to be a bus company. - Expect to get burned out. - Recently laid off a large number of salaried staff.
