      Pros

      Work|Life Balance. Good Benefits. Low stress work environment. Great leaders. Meaningful work and values. Great pay. Best job I have ever had.

      Cons

      Some poor leaders who do not align with Archwell values and spread negative culture. I do not think I have opportunity for growth in this company, but I love my position. Transparency and communication to upper leadership.

      Disorganized Leadership in Arizona

      Pros

      Working with the seniors in the neighborhood.

      Cons

      The worse experience I've had in my working life. Leadership in Phoenix is disorganized and lacks basic leadership skills. I couldn't even take this person seriously and she would show up on zoom calls with her workout gear on and clearly intoxicated. She would change her mind with the wind and often made inappropriate comments to staff. Much of the staff instead of working were conducting personal business.
