      Great pay. Fixed panel. 12 patients daily.

      Cons

      Overworked, not enough tools to do the job. Overburdened by non clinical work which is distracting and counterproductive.

      WORST JOB FOR NPs- DISCRIMINATORY

      A handful of supportive colleagues... which I can count with one hand

      Cons

      - Will set you up to fail - Discriminates against nurse practitioners - Discriminates against people of color - Management will only communicate with you if there's something negative going on. No positive reinforcement - Don't even dare telling your concerns... they will flip it on you like a light switch and do everything they can to get rid of you - No NP advocates. Physician leaders only watch out for their own - Physicians bully nurse practitioners

      Great mission and culture at a Start-up

      Pros

      Having been working at the company for almost 2 years, I can attest to the values and mission of ArchWell Health as trying to bridge the gap in Primary Care for the elderly population. Of course, as a young/start-up organization, there will be challenges and pain as the company continues to grow and scale. Grits and staying resilient are definitely important, so if you are used to sticking to structured and well-established SOPs, you may feel overwhelmed when facing changes. I also enjoy working with the majority of my colleagues and teams, I wish the collaboration would be smoother, but at least there are not as many red tapes as with a large organization, yet. I also feel valued and supported by my boss, which also is a great plus.

      Some departments are not as collaborative, frequent changes with growth
