      Great mission and culture at a Start-up

      Pros

      Having been working at the company for almost 2 years, I can attest to the values and mission of ArchWell Health as trying to bridge the gap in Primary Care for the elderly population. Of course, as a young/start-up organization, there will be challenges and pain as the company continues to grow and scale. Grits and staying resilient are definitely important, so if you are used to sticking to structured and well-established SOPs, you may feel overwhelmed when facing changes. I also enjoy working with the majority of my colleagues and teams, I wish the collaboration would be smoother, but at least there are not as many red tapes as with a large organization, yet. I also feel valued and supported by my boss, which also is a great plus.

      Great mission to keep seniors healthy, but NPs are treated less than Physicians. No advocates for NPs in management.

      - Competitive Pay - Great benefits - Amazing CME package - Friendly staff

      Cons

      - Physicians in the practice think they're the boss and trying to boss NPs around. - Focused too much on black and white. No creative thinking. - Medical Director seems to side with physicians, while leaving NPs in the dust. - Physicians have a close-minded perception of NPs, thinking we are not adequately trained. - No advocates for NPs in management.
