      Really good work life balance, the company invests in resources to set you up for success, get time to spend with patients

      Working with the seniors in the neighborhood.

      Cons

      The worse experience I've had in my working life. Leadership in Phoenix is disorganized and lacks basic leadership skills. I couldn't even take this person seriously and she would show up on zoom calls with her workout gear on and clearly intoxicated. She would change her mind with the wind and often made inappropriate comments to staff. Much of the staff instead of working were conducting personal business.
