      Pros

      Rapid growth startup impacting thousands of seniors across the country with better healthcare than they've ever had access to. Being a new company means we get to start from scratch and build things the way we always thought they should be done.

      Cons

      Getting all of our systems and workflows in right in the center is hard work because everything is more new and mature. But we work together and keep at it and the members make it SO worth it. Best place I have ever worked!!!

      Flexible work schedule on growth team. Endless networking opportunities It's a fantastic local team that is fun to work with. VP of Sales is approachable and relatable.

      The company is in a rapid growth phase and is still a startup, so change happens constantly in all areas and departments.
