      Supportive colleagues but poor local leadership and accountability

      Pros

      good community of Membership Consultants. I enjoyed meeting them and working with them.

      Cons

      Mostly bad Phila. leadership. The Phila. ArchWell leadership team didn't seem to know what they were doing. They needed more training and accountability, esp for opening up an entire new market in the city of Phila. It was highly disorganized and stressful and there wasn't much help or direction. They couldn't answer our questions because they didn't know the answers. MC's were blamed for everything that went wrong, leadership did not take accountability for anything. No support or encouragement.

      There are no pros to this company.

      Poor management/leadership. They’re all clueless and have no clue how to run a business successfully or how to implement new work processes effectively. Do yourself a favor and do not work here, and thank me later. This is company-wide, not just one certain location.

There’s a clear sense that the organization is growing quickly, and that momentum creates a lot of opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your skill set. The pace can be fast, but that often comes with the benefit of professional growth. Employees who are proactive tend to find opportunities to step up and develop quickly.
