Pros

Solid PTO Accrual Decent Benefits Meet great people in the senior healthcare world

Cons

Upper Management keeps moving the goal posts. Bottom line over people and culture. Even when you hit your numbers, its "how can you do more". More geared to be an insurance broker than guiding seniors to great healthcare providers.

While interviewing for the Community Relations Specialist position, I was point-blank asked if I wanted to be a membership consultant. I declined, thinking it was an odd question. I got hired and was immediately put into Membership Consultant training. After training, I did Community Relations, only to be bullied by employees and managers. This place is completely unprofessional.
