Company cares more about the money than patients or workers. Continuously changing policies and procedures, does not communicate it well. Nothing is ever good enough The “core values” are just words on a slideshow

Working with the elderly is very fulfilling, see 8-10 patients a day, great staff

Cons

this is a numbers based company, the metric matter more than patient needs and outcomes. It is heavily operations based with minimal clinical contributions. the people making decisions are the ones behind a computer and not people in the clinic with patients. No opportunity for growth

Cons

Terrible management, don’t do your job and you will be promoted. Don’t expect to be paid unused vacation time unless your state makes it mandatory. Work load is insane and don’t expect a thank you for doing a good job!
