The strict 10 AM to 7 PM timing is enforced to the minute — leaving even slightly early is marked as a half-day, regardless of the reason. The company operates more like a sales setup than a tech-driven organization. Some so-called development leads carry inflated egos and a “know-it-all” attitude, creating a toxic atmosphere instead of fostering collaboration or mentorship. You’ll rarely get constructive guidance — only arrogance and micromanagement. The management lacks empathy, and the HR department is unhelpful and indifferent to employee concerns. There is no consideration for personal time — you’re expected to be available around the clock, and raising concerns is often ignored. Overall, the work culture is stagnant, unsupportive, and demotivating. If career growth, mental well-being, and respect matter to you, this place is not worth your time.
