Pros

A lot of advantages. Ok pay, fair bonuses, repetitive and predictable work flow routine

Cons

Some disadvantages regarding strictness, we have to stay some time for nothing at work to Departure and some biased nepotism amongst workers (some chitchat with supervisors and they don't have work ethics but they do whatever they want BCS of the relationships with high authority)
