      Pros

      Arise gave me flexibility I never had before. I’ve learned more about work-life balance here than anywhere else, at least they are trying.

      Some weeks can get busy, but it’s manageable.

      There is no ego here. Everyone takes their work seriously, but no themselves. It makes for a fun, collaborative environment.
