      flexibility was one thing I liked here but it is no more.

      Cons

      No WFH, 5 days office, No Flexibility Policies are not in favour of employees. No process in work.

      salariu decent si multe pauze, nu necesita munca fizica, colectiv ok

      Cons

      management foarte prost, esti tras la raspundere pentru orice lucru mic, devine foarte stresant dupa o anumita perioada, lumini foarte puternice, mancarea pe care o ofera este de cele mai multe ori stricata sau nu este buna ( unii colegi au gasit gandaci, par , carne semi cruda etc)
