      1. Work life balance 2. Timelines won't be enough, always pressurized the work to be completed quickly 3. All 5 days mandatory work from office 4. Have to maintain minimum of 9 hours in a day

      The pay is decent and bonuses.

      Cons

      Very poor management. No work to life balance. Unfair working environment. Unfair schedule 24/7, crazy hours and flips shift times last minute. Will mentally and physically drain you.
