      Good earning potential but high pressure and long hours

      Pros

      Earning potential is real. Quick installation availability. Leads provided and scheduled for you. Company vehicle & fuel card provided.

      Cons

      Long hours. Unpredictable schedule daily, “on call” position, appts added same day with no notice & no control over rescheduling, very often calls are added & expected to be run as late as 7-8pm and don’t get home till 9-10pm. Income / commissions can be very seasonal based on demand. Very high pressure sales tactics, opportunity to follow-up is pretty much ruined before you leave any appt

      Pros

      Consistent hours and good pay. The benefits are pretty cheap and we have a good manager. They are keeping us up to date on changing equipment for training.

      Cons

      Woud like more retirement money for 401k.
