      I’ve worked here for 6 years and it’s truly rewarding work with good pay.

      It can be a bit physically straining for older workers.

      If your buddy buddy with your manager, you will get all the good service calls

      Cons

      Company actively f's over all the techs, very high turn-over rate. If you want a plumber to be your "electrical manager" this is the right spot for you. No room to grow in the company. They want to hear your feedback all the time, but managers and supervisors cannot make changes due to ARS owning %100 of bob Hamilton. If you enjoy being laughed at by customers due to outraged prices, this is the place for you! If you have a problem with charging people $425/HR, don't waste your time.

      The day we did orientation, the other guy quit. The second day I quit.

      I don’t personally have any. But only worked there a day, to be fair.

      It was the most toxic work environment I’ve seen in a long time.
