It’s a job. If you’re in to this sort of thing then there’s plenty of room for growth. Transferring to another location is also an option.

Cons

Managers tend to use shame and force to drive their numbers. Sexist, racist undertones. Some managers are more vocal about their opinions than others but HR doesn’t seem to care much.

A stable national company with unlimited professional growth and income opportunity. Senior management recognizes talent and hard workers and promotes within. I started out as a field employee and quickly moved up the ranks. They compensate their employees well for those who are willing to commit and work hard. One of the things I like most about working for ARS, is that they give back to the communities they serve, which is very important to me as a customer and an employee. Overall, it is a family-oriented environment and great place to work.

Cons

Benefits are competitive, but expensive.
