Flexible schedule, convenient location, nice work relationship with the management team. TEAMS (meetings) has saved my life :)

Cons

INSURANCE is killing my pocket. PTO days do not rollover to the upcoming year.

ARS offers great room for advancement. I am more than impressed the length of time employees have been employed at ARS in multiple location not just Orlando.

Cons

Busy season is hectic but that only means the money is increasing their success.
