      This company is very professional always customer and employ driven. Take care of their employees very well fair place to work.

      Cons

      not to many cons with this company. Only thing I could ask is a little more in pay but don't think its to far down.

      Good pay on commissions on big jobs.

      Cons

      No work-life balance! Working a 20 hour day was not unusual. Averaged 80 hours a week most of the time.
