      Easy interview process, no cold calling

      Cons

      The offer letter does not state anything other then they are offer you a job. No explanation of benefits, no explanation of commission schedules or how you are going to be paid. It only stated that you can accrue vacation after you have been there 7 months AND that vacation is not paid time off, its personal time off.

      Pros

      Some of the guys that worked there are still good friends. That is the best part. Not all of the guys were good though.

      Cons

      Straight commission. Guys wouldn't use the price book and make up there own prices so they could try to make ends meat. Management was horrible.
