      Work/life balance is great! Team atmosphere to succeed and grow within. Travel to a different place almost every day. Form a large network group with Big Box Retailer.

      Pros

      Front-line personnel are exceptional. Base pay is slightly above industry standard. Its easy to get time off

      Cons

      You will be promised a bonus in writing. You will hit every metric. They will sit you down and one week before it's due claim they can only pay half. This happened 3 different times to me and I've seen it happen to others. The 3rd time was my breaking point.
