Pros

We provide a service that people need during the winter and summer our company is the ones who come to the rescue when there is a elderly person with no heat

Cons

We tend to have people who are up set because there system is still not working after we went out to do a repair on top of the fact they are hot or cold and may have kids or elderly people who live there as well

Pros

Co-workers and the actual work itself is fun. Fairly laid back atmosphere, but can't speak to other departments. For the most part, if I need help, I can find it.

Cons

Dep't mgrs are not operating together, it's every man for himself, NO SUPPORT. Always feels like mom & dad are fighting at the dinner table, and that is not a morale booster.
