Pros

Going broke and being told that the food pantry can help by HR. Still having to drive to unqualified leads. Being told that management doesn't play favoritism as all of the sales team watches the favoritism happen. Finding out the Spyware installed on the devices records private conversations after work hours. Watching management hire more sales during a low lead environment so every sales person gets to make less while they secure their bonus.

Inconsistent pay Spied on through REQUIRED technology A culture where everyone looks out for themselves No team work Untrustworthy environment Greed driven Profit first, customer 2nd, employee last.

Pros

The people I worked with during my time at ARS were some of the most down to earth people I have ever met. Everyone felt like the company was their "baby" in some way and they took pride in their jobs. It was very inspiring to see.

Cons

I was disappointed with the management for the project I was working on.
