      Challenges abound

      Pros

      I enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of the role I am in. I am able to push ideas and the company is very good about listening to the strategies and, at times, implementing.

      Cons

      Relationship with a particular vendor. Tough to drive the business profits when we are "forced" to cower to the vendor economics. HR is becoming to powerful with regards to how we manage the employees and the types of employees we will allow into the fold. Big Brother is watching more and more and more.

      Great way to learn the plumbing system.

      Cons

      Training wasn't real clear. A lot of favoritism from management. Did not care about when daughter got sick. Management was not on the same page.

      Pros

      It IS a job -- If you are totally desperate! Old-school management style. If you like working for a company that operates as if it were in the 1950's (like the TV show "Mad Men"), well -- I suppose this would be a great place to work if you are a male. Not so much for females.

      Cons

      This is a "good 'old buddy" company. Very disrespectful to women employees!!!!!
