      Pros

      I only worked for ARS for a few months but had a pretty positive experience with them. Decent start-up pay plus you can earn extra money for generating leads.

      Cons

      I was a lead generator and spent a lot of time on my feet. Invest in good shoes or at least inserts before taking a lead generator position

      Company Truck, gas card, some good employees

      Cons

      Management is terrible its like working for a bunch of high school kids. There are favorites with in the company if your not part of the click you get no work! Stupid same day late jobs and they expect you to work till 12am all while messing with your pay. Does not know how to distribute work properly only if you are in the "Click" will you make good money…
