I started with ARS part-time in an entry level position, as an SSA . I was quickly made full-time , then promoted to a supervisor role. This enabled me to move into a management position with another company, The Home Depot. After a year I came back as Director of the Home Depot Program. My story is not unique in Norcross, almost every single key person in a management position started in an entry level one, including the GM! ARS Pays for performance.
