The worst customer service I ever seen. Management is hardly ever in the office to handle a complaint from a customer. They actually don't care about the customer. They only thing they care about is SALES! PERIOD! Forget about repairing units. Just SELL! That's their attitude. Customer service is completely out the window. Not only that they don't value employees either! They will lay you off with absolutely no warning at all. Walk in one day and they tell you your job and benefits are over. Probably knowing well in advance what will happen but refuse to tell you. Absolutely heartless company
