Poor installation team , nonstop calls back, deception and scare tactics used to sell 15k plus Ac and heating systems . Techs are Not quality master Techs majority are have lots skills and are used as opportunity sales Techs . The highest paid Techs don’t get the same opportunity for commission as the unseasoned maintenance Techs, they have a drive cam that is toxic

It is a high paced work environment.

Benefits started slipping away after ARS took over, healthcare premiums went up (unless you were grandfathered in) despite the fact that new management told me that a great benefit of joining a large, international corporation was to have more money for employee benefits. So that was interesting. Also, got yelled at by angry customers several times daily because we constantly overbooked the schedule and rescheduled 20% of jobs. Also prices are super high, so we got yelled at about that too. And then Karens discovered our 100% satisfaction guarantee and figured out that if they complain enough they will get their money back, so pile that on. Required to work 9 hour days to accommodate a mandatory, unpaid 1 hour lunch break.

Demand for prioritizing company interests over family needs including medical emergencies. Expects employees to invest more time, developing marketable, high level skills, adding endless extra duties (outside of the job description) without promotion or pay raise.

If you're good at your job you will be given all the brunt work. I'm talking 100+ calls a day in multiple departments of the same pay as your starting rate.
