Long hours are really the worst part

Management, not much support in place for employees, benefits aren’t the best

-No overtime -Overworked -They have you do collections up to 120 days in addition to large work load -Management is not good at constructive criticism -Almost no training -Extremely small accounting team -Poor customer retention -Not great pay for working three different positions

Corporate greed Pushy sales agendas and tactics No actual field training

For sales - work 6 days a week including both Saturday and Sunday. Day off is a random weekday. 12-14 hours a day. Cant control your leads. Too Strict with their company rules such a driving and cant use a phone even if its through bluetooth. No Culture at this company at all.

Corporate stranglehold, corporate will never invest enough into marketing and brand awareness to be competitive in this market, as costs rise and their revenues flatline they will continue to lose market share.

-leads can be a bit more qualified

Disorganized from the top down. Conflicting direction from the leaders. Salaried employees unofficially encouraged to work on PTO days. Outdated PTO accrual: No training for corporate jobs - you’ll figure it out as you go mentality.

Lack of training and support. Long hours. Conflicting messages from upper management. Losing customers because everything moves too fast to care about quality. Asked to Lie on sales reports and cancel "sales" the next day to avoid dealing with upper management. Gaslighting and soulless corporate environment.
