Cons
Extremely low pay, low raises, nepotism. Contractor pay is actually $40,000 less than federal counterparts for doing the exact same job and working additional days onsite! Morale is extremely low because the government managers allow and encourage it so that government workers can have more days off. It is seems as if the company owner is in cahoots with the federal managers.
