The micromanagement from senior recruiter created a hostile and uncomfortable work experience. The lack of communication from management to recruiters was a constant. I reached out to a manager to ask a question and was confronted for asking a simple question. The senior recruiter throws the recruiters under the bus and refuses to take accountability. The commission which i didnt see for a places i made.

- NO Training - NO Yearly appraisal and even if you ask for one. Main Boss (MB) will beat you with his Dumb Arguments - Yearly leaves are discussed on employee by employee basis. - Few employees in NJ offices are just "show pieces" of company but MB awards them Best Employee of the Year - Main Boss strives on Favoritism and Gossips - Your Incentives depends, if you are in good book or not and All the Employee except one is in Bad book. - Zero Investment on employee - Employees should NOT expect Year end Parties, Day offs during their Festivals, Since its ONLY for Clients and Contractors who generates money for MB. - MB has zero trust in their employees
