      The culture is still taking shape and a little downtrodden, when it comes around should be a great place to work all around.

      Decent pay. Annual bonuses and company perks (luncheons, events, etc). Easy to transfer between departments if there is an opening. Good management and HR team

      Cons

      Annual raise is cheap. There have been mass layoffs. The company is going through lots of changes.
