      Pros

      Nothing they treat the recruiters terrible . Hey OA the recruiters earn the money in the field everyday they should be treated with some respect not left in the dark all of the time.

      Cons

      Commission structure for both Contract and Direct Hire is one of the worst in the industry . Management is terrible and plays favorites and doesn't listen or care what anyone else has to say .

      THis place is purely in the business of gleaning more contacts / connections from consultants. Not interested in the consultant, but rather pulling their unscrupulous sales tactics in an effort to get more direct business contacts to they can attempt to sell their zero value add middle man nonsense. Their approach is simple, approach consultants with a job description, then ask said consultant for references. Once these are sent, that's that. This has happened to me and other contracttors numerous times. For more informaton, simply contact Zack at Oxford International, a satelite company of this terrible outfit.
