Pros

Good Management, commission opportunities, and good environment to work. People really enjoy their work here and enjoy the relaxed environment.

Cons

I do not think there are downsides to working here. Maybe there could be more opportunities to move up inside the workplace, but I haven't been working there long enough to say so.

Great history Casual work environment Flexible Working for the international brand Product discount Gym and cafeteria Opportunity to work with global team

Cons

Lack of leadership everywhere No direction Too many changes in the upper management No transparency Good people and hard workers are leaving Favoritism (don't be fooled by the titles.) Some teams have a bunch of people but some team has a few people. You will have to do EVERYTHING if you fall into those team.

Growing company still working out kinks, great discount, flexible on availability, comfy shoes to stand in all day. Work load is moderate. Room for advancement with new stores and open positions if you work hard and show interest.

Cons

Corporate doesn't communicate everything on time.
