Lots of growth for the company but not for staff

Pros

Good company to work for. Interview process was much like an other retail job. Learned a lot about shoes and the company as a whole.

Cons

Lack of training for staff and product knowledge. Sad when management has no clue about products but other sales associates do. Better work life balance.

Pretty open dress code. Just have to make sure you have ASICS shoes. Never wear Nike gear there.

Cons

Training was the worst. I asked for help and got the feeling like I was inconveniencing the manager when I didn't know something. Got chewed out for no reason and they don't want to be bothered at all.
