Great team environment and supportive management. The store culture is very focused on teamwork, and everyone helps each other during busy periods. The staff discount is also a big perk, especially if you’re interested in running or sportswear. Training on the products is helpful, so you learn about the different shoe technologies and how to assist customers with finding the right fit. It’s also a good job for developing customer service and sales skills.
Cons
Retail hours can be inconsistent, especially for casual staff, and shifts often include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The store can get very busy during sales periods, which can be stressful at times.
