Always short staff, challenging to recruit. So you end up working crazy hours.

Poor management, little support or training offered, no flexibility with shifts

Forced to work long hours over the weekends with no room for flexibility. Given minimal hours so you end up being forced to get another job. Which gives you no social life. No promotion or opportunities to grow within the company. No opportunities to go on events and training days as promised in the interview. Ok pay. No benefits except a pension and due to minimal hours not a lot goes in. Uniform once a year.

we were always short staffed so the hours were crazy sometimes. i really just wanted better work life balance. Not great with training.

Where do I start? Working there 2.5 years and the company went through 3 CEO’S. Huge red flag! They have several CFO’s as well! The supervisor I worked under hired all her best friends into the team and soon after a huge divide started to happen. People not in her circle where second class and when you speak up then you are told to stay in your lane. Shortly after you are being bullied, harassed and discriminated against! Their core values say to speak up when something unjust happens but once you do speak up you are in TROUBLE! The training we have to take clearly says hiring friends or roommates is a HUGE conflict of interest!! This company has no direction. Sooner or later the Irvine office will move to Boston!
