Pros

Camaraderie, coworkers are like a family, pay is good. Lower/Middle management is great and they all show a genuine care for their employees

Cons

The “we care” program has been replaced with “we don’t care”. Fear of losing or losing your job for speaking up is a real threat now. Overworked but company won’t hire more people. The training is non existent and no support from upper management.

Pros

Pay is on par with other semiconductor jobs.

Cons

Job expectations in practice are different that what was discussed during the hiring process. Expectation was M-F day shift 8-10 hours a day. They under hired and are now demanding night shifts, weekends and working to max of 60hrs/week. Not what we signed up for.
