Management - lazy and try and work you to death when you're new - Team half do work and you have to pick up the slack Busy work that doesn't add to growth Micromanaged environment even remote Low salary/hourly

Pros

Was hired before Security Clearance process was completed. Company paid me to wait for my clearance to go through even though I couldn't do any work for ~6months.

Cons

On boarding process was very confusing. A lot of unclear information would be thrown out at once.
