Good pay, freedom, great immigration system, insurance and security. great place for starters and training platform for real world

Cons

1. Old ASMers hate current ASM’s culture and ethics 2. Internal transfers not encouraged, HR do not understand policies, takes ages to respond. need to beg literally for any questions to HR. If ones reaches out to HR/people partner to complain on a person who bullies and talks trash, no real action will be taken. 3. No real yearly evaluation done, but done on basis of funding, no recognition of ones talent 4. Need to make development plan but do nothing about it, no proper one on ones with managers 6. Unrealistic goals, needs degrees than talents.

This company is financially stable but that contributes to the 'cons' also.

Cons

Management is a mess and most are clueless, just looking after themselves (bonuses, promotions, etc.).
