Cons

-Unstable management, leadership turnover, process managers, HW managers, sales directors, global account executives. -Attrition rate; field service engineers and field process engineers. -Field teams squeezed by customer and business units. -Lacks procedures, documentation. Insufficient training. -Understaffed, for the level of engagement with customer. -Poor work life balance, no boundaries on working hours.
