      Employee Focused Company

      Pros

      ASM has really stepped up there employee care programs over the last few years. They made it a point to make sure every employee feels fairly compensated and have given company growth back to the employees in the form of pay raises, bonuses, and changing the review/promotion periods.

      Smaller company, slightly unorganized technical information.
