      Pros

      Most (>90%) of engineers I worked with have good work ethics, work hard, and try to make good outcome. The company pays well.

      Cons

      This company is wrong from the top. The CTO (now CEO) treated employees as replaceable parts. He was the reason that I left the company. Every upper managers who survived under him have the same attitudes. Based on the recent reviews, the same person is making the whole company in a toxic environment. Good luck to everyone who are still working for the company.

      Cons

      ASM has turned into a hostile work environment and has laid off good people as a scare tactic for those that remain. Until changes are made, ASM is a sinking ship.
