Pros

Company has some nice things going on. Products are competitive so you feel good about contributing. Management appears to care and listen occasionally. I would say everyone has a voice but it’s difficult to be heard.

Cons

The stress and work load is shaving years off my life.

Overall technology is interesting, but it is same as other semi companies. The pay is good.

Cons

There are many bad things, no well being , no worklife balance, poor management, and therr arr many involuntary retirement happening . HR policy is not humanitarian .Hr doing nothing, this is the worst hr i have ever seen in semi companies.
